Microsoft Office Small Business Live (MOSBL) is a great way to design and host your very own Web site. You get a free URL (yourname.smallbusiness.office.com, for example), but can easily pay to register your own domain name to use with your site.

MOSBL comes with a variety of mediocre site design tools...enough for even a novice user to create an adequate Web site. But if you don't like the design tools provided, you can easily use your own site design tools (except FrontPage) to create your site however you want to.
